NRA Has A New Ammo Spplier for Imperial Meeting
Statement from the NRA
"We are delighted to announce that the NRA will be using GGG to supply the issued ammunition for the Imperial and Inter Counties Meetings.
We have been working to identify a new ammunition supplier and after careful research and product development settled upon Lithuanian company GGG.
They are a relatively small manufacturer of a variety of ammunition, and we have sold large quantities of their milspec 5.56mm and 7.62mm rounds over several years with absolutely no reported problems.
Their modern factory machinery was sourced from reliable American manufacturers and we have a good relationship with their UK distributor Law Enforcement International (LEI)."

If you can locate the BC and bullet length I would love to know!

2979ft/sec from a 30" barrel according to the NRA Journal. Velocity SD 11.7. The bullet bc will be on Sierra's website.User702 wrote:Load data? MV?

hmmm. Not a fan of the 2155 SMK. I found they wobble too much at long distances when I have used them. 900m ok-ish, 1000 all over the place. The load on this might be ok to get to 1k, but my calculator shows it to be borderline for a 26" barrel.

That might upset cadets shooting the L81A2, but everyone else in the TR world uses a 30"+ barrel.User702 wrote:hmmm. Not a fan of the 2155 SMK. I write words for money - but not here. If you think my words here are written to the same standard as my words for money elsewhere, you're wrong. Have a nice day.

Gas,
If the cadets are getting a 7.62/.308 into a 5.56 L85 A2 I think the performance at 1000 yards will be the least of everyone's worries.

Without order and without a goal, six million people unarmed and unprovisioned, driving headlong. It was the beginning of the rout of civilisation, of the massacre of mankind.
