Target club fees - how much do you pay?

Great idea as far as I am concerned I wish we could operate such a system at our club. I would only attend when and if I felt like it then. The only problem is who would open up the range though when I don't feel the whim to attend as at the present I open up every Friday night, some Wednesdays and for the Sunday shoots. Not only that but often I don't get the chance to shoot myself.

Chapuis, just to help me understand would I be right in saying that when members shoot an RCO has to be present during the shoot?
