There might be a downside to this if you deal with the UK, when I spoke to Swarovski UK about bikini caps for the ZFM they denied all knowledge of the 'scope and assured me they had never built such a thing so Germany is probably a better option..

I don't think mine came from the UK I'm sure I emailed my request to Germany or wherever they are based. If I remember rightly I did not get much help from the UK end of things.

Swarovski UK have changed so much in recent years - back in the eighties, nineties and early 2000s nothing was too much trouble but nowadays they just don't want to know. I contacted them recently about two small parts for SWMBO's 8x32 SLC binos which are well inside the warranty period and they just didn't want to help - it was return to the factory or not at all. Both plastic parts simply screw on.
