Marlin experts

Apart from Roger at Rimfire Magic does anyone know any gun plumbers who can service & slick a Marlin under lever?

We have a club 1894 that needs some tlc.

try alan at A&A gunsmiths, if you do, tell him i sent you....

Rude Fat Dog in Devon can do them. My local plumber can do them too, PJS Precision. Stick to one that the competition shooters trust!
It's not the pace of life that concerns me, it's the sudden stop at the end!

I've fixed up both the club Marlins.
One was so bad it took two hands to open the lever!

You can read up online on what stages to do for a tuning.

Have also slicked up my own Winchester 94.

Thanks guys, I've slicked up my own 1894 & it's as slick as a slick thing, club politics needs it to be done by a gun plumber. ;)

Same here it's a piece of p***.....gwynedd Roberts did an article on it which is basicallyright....

Had my Marlin done with A&A, excellent work and quick turn round.
Had a day at the seaside whilst it was done.
