And they'll be outraged that KIDS R GETTING GUNS as if they're carrying with them to school and blasting things in front of their friends or something similar. Followed by someone saying 'We're not like America, this shouldn't be happening!' and then maybe getting someone on to defend it, but he or she'll be shouted by saying 'WHY YOU WANT TO GIVE KIDS GUNS?' and then ending on calls to get rid of this dangerous practice that is polluting the minds of children.

And then there's nonsense like this:

>Police recorded 7,709 offences involving firearms in 2013/14, down from 8,135 the year before.

And how many involved legally owned firearms?

>However some campaigners fear that introducing children to guns at a young age may mean they turn to them in a crisis.

>Christine Hall from Gun Control Network said: "The danger is it poses in the mind-set of the child that it's fun to kill things.

And rubbish like this. Utter rubbish.

" Police recorded 7,709 offences involving firearms in 2013/14, down from 8,135 the year before."

WTF relevance does this have to the article?

You see, all guns are the same. Legally owned firearm owners are the same as criminals and murderers and if you ban people from owning guns legitimately, firearm crime will disappear because people will no longer have the ability to have their minds warped and think that guns are good, or part of an enjoyable hobby or tools used for legitimate work.

Actually, it wasn't a bad article at all! GCN were given very little time, one recorded comment. Even the "anti", an ex gang member, said the firearms law was a Dangerous Dogs Act....

The Sky anchor man and female reporter didn't sensationalise neither.
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Guns dont kill people. Dads with pretty Daughters do...!

But it's ok for the kids to play call of duty et al which simulates killing for hours on end ?? Some of those computer games which have realistic graphics and sounds you can masscue innocent people Which one do you think is more likely to warp a kids mind
Where is outage over this ?
