Midway UK

#1 Post by R4CER »

I have tried to contact Midway Uk regarding an order I made which has not been received , I have paid my money and had no contact at all, I tried the number on the site which is either engaged or a tape, left so many messages and emails still no contact !! the worse thing is I have seen on the CSR site that I am not alone in this ?

Do any of you guys have a contact number for them other than the 0845 ones ?

May I suggest that you go to the top man himself and express your concerns. I'm sure Larry Potterfield founder and CEO of Midway won't be happy to hear that his UK branch of the business is being run in such a shoddy manner. Below his his email address and as well as hearing it, I've also read that he wants to know about things just like this.

So drop him and email, it might just be what Midway UK needs. Might also help if a few other disgruntled customers do the same.

My understanding is Midwayuk was not directly linked to MidwayUSA and it is interesting that MidwayUK appears to have changed its name to Brownells (UK) Limited with Gavin and John continuing to be directors amongst others.

From what I understand...MidwayUK is a separate entity, not a division of MidwayUS.

EDIT

Emailing Mr Potterfield will not make any difference.
