62gr GGG is pretty good, doesn't cost the earth either, usually around £45/100.

Low Mill Ranges is probably going to be your best bet. I did manage to get one with the right thread pattern off Mark Bradley a few years ago but then had to get a custom washer built so it had the correct orientation

If it was an AR there would be a multitude of options / styles etc.!!

You could always get it re-threaded.... I didn't as i'd already bought a sound mod for mine by the time i wanted a muzzle brake
