I would be very chary of ordering from NEI.

I have quiet a few of Walts moulds and they are excellent, however since he passed away and the family took over the quality has been intermittent at best. I don't buy NEI moulds any more, haven't heard anything about their quality for a while so maybe they have got their act together. If you get one and it is fine then good luck to you.

If I can't get an off the shelf mould of the design specification I want then I get Tom at Accurate Moulds to cut me one to my specification, my last one took three weeks from ordering to Tom posting it. The only issue I have with Accurate is he won't cut moulds smaller than 30 cal and all have a meplat, he won't do round nose or spitzer designs.

I have had two NEI moulds in the last 12 months and they are both excellent. The second one, for 360 no5, I did not anticipate shooting all that much and so I paid for the lower cost aluminium option---I received cast iron.

I had a look at accurates web site looks user friendly enough for ordering and three weeks to deliver is not that bad. If I can work out what boolit I want I might give them a punt. We will see.

Always prudent to check directly with Tom As to actual delivery time at time of order.

I didn't say it was a constant three week turn around only that is what my last order took.

He is pretty quick but actual turnaround is dependant on the volume of work he has on at time of ordering, it could be less or a little bit more.
