Guess I'm lucky to be member of a club with 100m (soon to be 200m) six 50m ranges, 25m range and a HFT airgun layout open seven days a week during daylight hours to all members, have key have access. Getting other land to shoot over is not impossible, but I think the legendary open ticket would be a little more difficult.
It was working when i left it...........

My local range is open 7 days during daylight hours and we can shoot Rimfire and "pistol calibre" (up to .38spl I think). The only real drawback for me is that you need 2 people to attend and I have no mates :-(

Guess I'm pretty lucky too although it took me many years to find the shooting I have. I am in a target shooting club with its own 600yd full bore range, a 50m rimfire/pistol calibre range , a busy programme and a great bunch of members. I am also in a friendly rough shoot syndicate that has stalking rights. A rare combination and well worth holding on to.
