In the review he talks of quite small groups at 100 yards and that scope is perfect for the cartridge.
In principle I wouldn't mind giving safe space to a .300BLK, but I really don't need one.

Oh most of us don't really *need* the firearms we own, but if 'er indoors can have 20,000 dresses and 50,000 pairs of shoes surely we are allowed more than just one rifle...

I'm not married, I can have all the guns I want and the whole house is my man cave. What I mean is that I have no competition need for such a rifle and that's what drives me more than a desire to tinker with a new load for a short range plinker.
Plus I need a new motorbike.

All true, but before I put the Westlake back on my FAC I was planning a 300 Blackout bolt action...until the real world got in the way. sign01
