What sort of money would you be wanting for it if you sold it intact?

I'd imagine around £200 but I'd prefer to fix it as I like to switch between it and my Marlins.

I just had a Colombian Mauser de-activated by MFL Firearms and it cost me less than £100, including certificate issued by the the London proof House.
The sad fact is, rifles tend to be worth more as de-ac's

Id hang on to it unless you are desperate for the money. Id explore getting it fixed a bit further first.
Re: Considering having a rifle deactivated
Iv been on another forum I visit and asked some of the guys in USA if you can get the bit you are after one of them is a Gun dealer. Not promising any thing but I will see what they come up with. Looking at it if you were going to keep it to shoot yourself you only need a competent welder to argon arc new metal to it then re profile it. Its probably a couple of hours work. You must be totally peed off.
