Picked this blued Taurus .357 up at the Phoenix on Friday, been after one for a while. Managed to shoot a few rounds at the falling plates and really enjoyed it :)
Will put a few more rounds through it tomorrow at the range.
Your sig should say "7.62x39 Saiga/AK-104", as the AK-74 is chambered in 5.45x39 and your rifle is configured the same as the current Russian issue 104.

Give a man a gun and he can rob a bank.....give a man a bank and he can rob the world!.
I picked this up at the Phoenix last week, the cheapest one at the show and at the time looked a bit rough and ready.
Its a mod 96/11 and by the serial No dates it to 1906 and then upgraded sometime up to 1920.
Anyway I got it home and gave it a bit of a spruce up, the bore is mint in fact the beat I have ever seen on something that is not a brand new rifle, the woodwork is nice with just a few dings but hay its 108 years old the rest of the rifle is in fantastic condition and all matching serial no's.
It also came with a sling and muzzle cover, and finally 100 rds of GP11 was £63 bargain

What is a Sapper? This versatile genius condenses the whole system of military engineering and all that is useful and practical. He is a man of all work of the Army and the public ready to do anything or go anywhere, in short, he is a Sapper.
Don't know what happened to the pics, will try to get others

Well found - I bought a K31 on Friday and would like to add a 96/11 and a K11 to my collection eventually. As for GP11, why is it so damned difficult to get - my pal in Luxembourg can get it for €33.80 for a 60rd brick dated 1981, and 100rds in 10rd packets is around €56. It's also fairly cheap in Germany if you look around, and ridiculously cheap in Switzerland.
I just wish there was a simpler way of getting it over here.
I took delivery this morning of a new Vortex Viper PST 6-24x50 FFP scope with EBR-1 (MOA) reticle - this is my first move away from German optics (I own S&B, Zeiss and Swarovski), and I'm delighted with it. I just wish the rest of the bits for my current build (especially the doner rifle and chassis system) would hurry up so I can get shooting.
