You could try Kirklees Guns, they have it listed on their site

We think only expanding hunting ammunition is available off the shelf, and we're looking for target ammunition.

Well, it looks like you may very well be snookered if you're looking for factory target ammo. I've just had a look in my edition of Bob Forker's "Ammo & Ballistics" and of the current 56 factory loads in 7mm Rem Mag, none of them have a target or FMJ bullet...
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

As a pawload, we've been recommended:

Berger 180 match hybrid (BC .674)
Federal 210 primer
Hornady brass 2.490
65.7gn viht n560
Coal 3.408
Average fps 2961

which, reportedly, "Shot .5 inch at 100 yards consistently."

As an alternative the Hornady 162 Target (Not AMax) works rather well at less than 2/3rds of the price.

*makes notes*

We're also hearing good things about Ramshot Magnum powder, and we think Dromia supplies it

All quality components, but that N560 will help burn that barrel out quicker! Unless that load had been developed in that rifle, by someone credible, whom you trust, I'd start my own development if I was you...
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Or the Sierra 168Grn MatchKing with 63.1grns of Reloader 19. Boringly accurate at 100yds and again cheaper than Berger bullets

I've played with this, their 162gn A-Max and Sierra 130, 140 and 168gn Match Kings and all are great bullets in .284...
