I get you! I just assumed he'd get it added to his ticket d'oh!
I can't see you being able to shoot there as an approved range, unless approved by the HO.

The H.O. approve clubs not the ranges they shoot on. In the past the army inspected civilian ranges in addition to military ones and issued range safety certificates. They ceased doing this many years back and since then other systems of "approval" have been put in place.
