I just scribble in a notebook, range, rifle (only got two so fairly easy to know which one, wooden or black) make of ammo, PPU, S&B or HPS, conditions, and how it grouped. I also have those scorecards with targets on them when shooting targets at Bisley. When I reload it'll get more detailed but quite straightforward at the moment.
