Shoot all the rifles I own on a regular basis no more guns gathering dust in the cabinets If I don't shoot them then dispose of them.
Find a quality Arbor press that does not fall to bits after 6 month.
Aquire more LeWilson neck dies and seating dies.
Learn about bumping case shoulders and body dies.
Aquire a .222 rifle by the end of the year.
Look at having a go at .22 bench rest and may be purchasing a .22 bench gun.
Develop more cast loads for indoor shooting.
Learn how to fit and chamber a rifle barrel.
Learn how to part of on a Lathe correctly to make my shooting projects easier to work on.
Purchase a milling machine to make my gun projects easier.
Take the wife on holiday more often so she is in a better frame of mind to let me get on with my shooting related purchases.

Get on my knees every night and pray for a range to shoot on that is at least 100yards long at least once a month for the whole of 2014.
(I think this one might be a struggle.)

Got a problem this year - I went diving for the first time in 4 years last month, and re-discovered how much I love it...

...which creates the problem of affording both hobbies...

...so the New Years resolution is to get a better job!
