What lengths do the reloading manuals you have suggest?

What gun will you be using the rounds in?

I have some PRVI somewhere.

That said, I also have about a dozen Swedish FSR & Swedish military manuals/handbooks on the M96 & the ammunition; plus the commercial books on the Swedish Mauser & the cartridge.

Is it only commercial ammo you want data on? ...as some of the info I have goes back to the military ammo trials in the 1890's

PPU 6.5 x 55 Swedish Mauser - 139 gn FMJ BT

First 5 out the box:

2.973
2.971
2.975
2.967
2.973

Ave: 2.972"

Edit...note that the PPU bullet has a rounded point which makes it shorter that SMKs and Scenars.

Thank you that's exactly what I want. Any body got any 120grain and 140grain they can measure for me. I am only interested in commercial ammo.

(SCURRIES OF TO HAVE A MEASURE AS BADGER WOULD SAY)

I don't understand I asked for measurements of factory ammo are you saying that I already have the measurements for PPU ammo that you use. Are you then saying that you reload Dougans once fired brass.

Ok so I apologise there are two people on full bore UK who shoot 6.5x55 calibre with factory ammo. I am still shocked that we only have two people.
