Vortex rifle scopes

Slight hijack here;

Of the Vortex range, what would you suggest for someone shooting a Remington 700 in .308, for use at Bisley out to maybe 800. Who wouldn't want to spend a fortune on glass as he has lots of slots to fill, but is aware of the importance of good glass.

A Viper 6.5-20 x 50 V-Plex wide does it for me.............£330ish

Well, I ended up getting a 6.5 - 20 Viper and got to say it's fantastic. Very clear glass and very good quality build. Liked it so much I bought a Vortex red dot sight which is also fantastic.

Thanks for all the responses and advice, definitely happy with the Vortex range.
