It was a drug addict that killed the kid in Easterhouse with an air rifle.

Why do we pander to drug addicts instead of just O/d'ing them and getting it over with. They're already dead inside anyway so what does it matter!

Chuck used to work for the ECHRIF (European Commission of Human Rights and Individual Freedoms).
The Times reports this morning , the incriminated firearm used to shot the boy as held illegally. I assume the legal ones were air-rifles. That may have been put forward by the police & the press not to stigmatise Chuck's mates ?

Haven't seen the Times report but I reckon the kid was shot with an airgun and the father had an SGC, which the police have revoked/removed his guns.

If that isn't the case, then questions need to be asked of the police press office - particularly their refusal to give actual details of the firearms/airguns involved.

The Easterhouse murder was one that really upset me, a worthless drug addicted scumbag shot a little boy who had been picked up to watch a fire engine. The word senseless doesn't even come close.
