Right, well our rules prevent me publishing details, what I can say is they have not come to the party when it comes to resolving issues on more than one occasion and I am happy to give details to anyone that cares to PM me.

Yup, I saw that you had posted it as well. I think they are bang out of order for doing this and I will tell anyone that asks as well, if it was my money I would be seething right now.
