Well oomans, we're pawloading by proxy. We have a pet ooman who, by virtue of possessing a thumb, can pawload for us. So far we have had pawloads made in .303 and .45 ACP.
The .303 is a reduced power load made for use on an indoor range, using cast boolits* very kindly supplied by dodgyrog of this parish. The rounds are very accurate when shot through our P14, grouping 5 rounds to just over 2 boolit diameters at 25 yards. We find we need to set the sights to 500 yards to get a true zero using this load at 25m.
The .45 ACP rounds are fired through our Armalon De Lisle carbine replica, and group to just over 2 boolit diameters at 25 yards. They are freekin' quiet too. The boolits are a semi-wadcutter sat on top of 5 grains of powder.
Next up we plan to have pawloads made in 7.5 Frog for our MAS and 7.5 Swiss for our K31, and then 6.5 Swedish for our Carl Gustav, Krag Jorgensen and Competitor pistol.
* the correct tekkernickel term, apparently.

Re: Badger pawloads (by proxy)
My fame spreads.
Keep shooting the lead boolits and save yourself loads of money and reduce that nasty recoil.
I have a nice new mould for the Swiss - just loading some for next week on Short Siberia (600 mile round trip, well worth it too) to go in the new to me 1911. I'll be using berdan brass of course coz I get it fro free.

Re: Badger pawloads (by proxy)
Dodgyrog boolits are fine but I would be very wary shooting ammunition that some one else has reloaded. Especially if you have no knowledge of reloading your self. A recipe for disaster. I have been re loading for 30 years and there are probably three people who's hand loads I would use in my own rifles.
There are a lot of guys who's recipes I would happily accept but I would all ways work up to them my self.

I do hope that the third party who is loading for you is adequately insured to carry out this for you.

Nice results though. :goodjob:
Fullbore indoor is indeed good fun.
However when discussing loads if giving information it is important to give correct information or none, 5 grains of powder is meaningless unless the kind of powder used is also stated. The weight of the boolit/bullet is also important too not just the type.
