Surrey Firearms Licensing department

#1 Post by lapua338 »

Firearms Licensing received my application for seven variations on the 13/05/13 and returned to me by first class post today.

I can only express my sincere appreciation for a first-class service and dealing with my requests so swiftly.

In the interest of being friendly, I won't say the words I'm thinking right now (I'm at 14 weeks right now with at least another 3 or 4 to go)

Wow, I'm stunned!

I was informed that the lead-up to the Phoenix Meeting is a busy time for them and it could take 3-4 weeks. I simply asked very politely on Monday and received an email on Thurs telling me it was in the post.

Sorry, I should have been clearer, this is a different county I'm talking about.

Glad to know that some counties are doing better and treating people well though :good:

Always strikes me as "weird" that there is such disparity in processing times - all this technology and the PNC etc., etc., which I "thought" was suppposed to speed stuff up? Progress eh?
