I understand that posession of powder and primers requires 'licencing' in Northern Ireland but what about equipment, cases and heads? Are these items unregulated as in GB?

You need to license your HEAD ??? WTF ???

Is that because it contains 'reloading knowledge', or has had 'reloading thoughts' ?

Is it ok to mail order components or do I need to go through the RFD-RFD ball-ache?

What's the current powder limit in NI and... to give me a very rough idea; how many rounds of, say, .308, would 5kg make up?

Sorry for the slight hijack but can I buy 9mm ammo in NI if I have it on my ticket?
