WTB: PH5B small spare parts

Looking to buy some small spare parts for the Parker Hale PH5B.

Up to "3" small elevation arm screws. Or please give me the name and size of this screw.

1 knurled elevation arm knob.

1 "long" elevation arm "plate"? that goes up to number 12.

Please see attached pictures.
