10 round mag for STEYR SSG69 - Mint condition
10 round mag for STEYR SSG69 - Mint condition - only fired about 50 rounds or so.
Never been stripped down and only lubed with silicone - NEVER been touched by oil or solvents.
They stopped making these as I understand it. The last ones were going for $225 in USA

Will accept £140 inc postage via recorded delivery ( or £130 collected Hemel Hempstead anytime / Bisley 21st April )
Genuine reason for sale - been replaced with a conversion kit which accepts AICS mags.

Interesting but I would not pay 440 euros for one.

Stupid question time
Why don't you use oil in mags?
Why don't you use oil in mags?
The above post probably contains sarcasm or some other form of attempted wit, please don't take it to heart.
Re: 10 round mag for STEYR SSG69 - Mint condition
Steyr magwell / trigger guard and mags are made from a very early polymer called cycolac or similar.
ANY contamination with oil will make them crack or even fall apart overnight - I have seen this.
Only lube to use is silicone apparently.

Yes, the price is steep when compared to other aftermarket bottom metal - probably double the price ?
But.........despite considerable interest ( especially in USA ) only one guy has actually managed to bring this product to market.
So, unfortunately, you have to pay his price if you need one.
And it does cure the weak point on an otherwise outstanding rifle.
