Just wanted to say hello and big thanks to the management of FBUK on a well run and most of all welcoming forum. I've been reading for a while but just joined today.

Also a big pat on the back to Avon and Somerset Constabulary on their latest variation times. Door to door with additional slots including Sec 1 shotgun in less than two weeks. I'm speechless. :goodjob:

Welcome to the forum Alextwogun, it is always good to see a lurker come over to the dark side and that is a bit of a result with A&S on the variation however I was duly impressed with a 7 day turnaround on my last 1:1 with Beds & Herts. They did struggle for a bit when they first merged however they spot on these days.

Thanks Ovenpaa. 6 weeks has been normal in the past for A & S, sometimes 8 so hopefully it's sign of change. Think I'd fall off the sofa if it came back in 1.

Nice blog by the way. I'm in the process of creating one myself on Wordpress, unrelated to shooting though.
