I have used loads of small and large pistol primers.
They work well even in my tuned Marlins.
Very common abroad but never seen here until recently.
People assume they are cheap corrosive surplus but they are proper modern primers.
I have been using the boxes of 2500 large pistol primers and they are loose inside the box.

Hopefully will be a good price, Bold Action NL sell them at around £18 - £20 per 1000

Edit, just looked, £28/1000 still cheaper than CCI etc. though smile2

How do these compare to more common primers? Are they a hard primer like says remington 71/2? Will

The spelling Ginex seems to bring up good feedback though far from a common primer.I asked Bold Action if they'd be bringing any to the Phoenix, they said it depended on them having worth while orders.
