Directly from Voodoo Tactical. Northwest Custom Parts are out of stock and have no idea when they are getting them in.

OK, had a look and see lots of nice things but nothing I desperately need right now.

Hello,
I have brought a couple of Voodoo Tactical bits and bobs (including a shooting mat) from "wattsworld9" on Flea Boy USA. The prices were actually cheaper than direct from Voodoo. He was a great chap to deal with and the box of goodies arrived in 5 days from California! It was a bit of a personal crusade to find the cheapest supplier and took me hours of searching the web (the better half reckons I am as tight as a ducks arse!) but I just love a bargain, and I might even buy her a new mat for Valentines day. 8-)
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the tip Meaty. I have a VT Shooting Mat and it is the mutts nuts. Such an advantage to take all my Gallery gear in one bag, Winchester & 10/22. So few double rifle soft bags out there.

Well my Voodoo Tactical Case arrived but I thought I'd post re the shipping costs from the US.

In the UK, when they are available, the cases retail for £90 + postage.

I ordered my case on Amazon.com and it was shipped by the supplier. It cost $107.96 plus $79.65 shipping. (USPS actually billed $53.63 for the shipping alone). Total was therefore $187.60. Then Parcelforce relieved me of £28.07 for duty and handling. So the total was around £144.69.

Had I used my US shipping address, the cost would have been $107.96 plus $14.75 UPS ground to Kentucky and then £78.69 shipping to UK plus duty at £29.05. Total cost therefore £177.44. NEARLY DOUBLE THE UK PRICE.

Moral of the story, shop around for your shipping and postage if you can. I think small items with a low cubic metre size and weight are cheaper via BundleBox but bigger, bulkier items aren't!

Crikey Mike, that was not good. I am getting reloading components shipped over form the USofA right now and the charges coming in are always a worry.

Happy with the bag though?

The bag looks awesome. Two rifles and tons of storage. When I ordered the shooting mat the costs were a lot closer!

Funny this importing thing, I bought some stuff when in the US a while back and - to be safe - I told the dealer what I thought might be an issue. The dealer helped me phone Homeland Security and ATF, neither of whom gave a toss about scopes or mags. ATF basically thought I was having a laugh because I asked about this quirk in dual purpose items.... They reckoned as long as it did not fit an anti aircraft gun or missile system they were not interested, thanked me for the call..and hung up! And that was only two years ago.

I reckon a lot depends on what STATE you order from..???
