Another vote for Mark Bradley. :)
Re: Help! Lantac or SGC
I didn't know he was back in business. I spoke to him about 9 - 10 months ago and he was taking a breather waiting for the next project to kick off, I guess it has now.Rarms wrote:Another vote for Mark Bradley. :)

I've heard nothing but praise for Paul@Lantac and Mark Bradley knows his stuff, and it's top notch. You can't go wrong with either of those two...

And the LMTs aren't overpriced? Close to £3k I heard! And you have to consider the customer service too. How many Spikes have Lantac put right? Mmmmm!SevenSixTwo wrote:Lewis Machine & Tool Defender. None of your overpriced LanTac rubbish:

It's not the pace of life that concerns me, it's the sudden stop at the end!
Re: Help! Lantac or SGC
Almost died laughing. Mark and Paul stand by their products, with excellent customer service. If it goes wrong, which is unlikely in the first place with their products, they fix it. No quibble. Try getting SGC to do the same or, equally as bad get told by NW Customparts you'll need to pay for parts which should not have failed in the way they did.SevenSixTwo wrote:Lewis Machine & Tool Defender. As said before, look at what is being used by practical and CSR competitors. Talk to them about why they made their choices. Also look around the AR forums. Not a bad word to be found about Mark in particular, or Paul. Can the same be said about Bob or NW?
Re: Help! Lantac or SGC
Just to echo what mike357 and cj10 have said.
I also know of a Spikes rifle being put right by Paul as well, might be the same one I don't know.
Read around the various AR, practical and CSR forums they will all say the above. Paul and Mark KNOW their stuff. You'd be hard pressed to find an unhappy customer for either!
I also heard the LMT is close to 3k too. I'd still like one, but its too rich for my wallet!

And another vote for Mark B.
If you want to shoot in competitions, talk to the guys that shoot the discipline you are interested in. See what they use, ask them who they buy from and why. You might not get the full story on internet forums.
Think there is a CSR match at Bisley on the 6 Jan.
