Same old same old scaremongering bias crap.
BANG " oh that's really scary, we don't want deadly weapons like that in our country"
What is a Sapper? This versatile genius condenses the whole system of military engineering and all that is useful and practical. He is a man of all work of the Army and the public ready to do anything or go anywhere, in short, he is a Sapper.

I struggled to understand where the presenter was coming from, apart from that guns are dangerous.

What was the point of that program exactly?

Scratched my head on this one. Seemed to me like it was more about saying how evil guns are etc. Look on the presenters face when the NC officer showed her the glock.

Ray, thanks. You are correct in your second post. I have that already as a lot of stuff is blocked here..e.g News sites, media players etc. If I want to look at Alco targets website I need it but not LETargets..go figure.

Pity it's so full of damn pop-ups and annoying ads...it's a handy wee bit of kit - even though I ned to rstart the PC afterwards it as it slows everything else right down..

Yeah I know what you mean about it slowing stuff down and the pop ups are annoying but so far its the most reliable way I have found of getting UK stuff when I am away.

I thought her reaction when he let rip with the Mac-10 was better clapclap

The programe was ok - though for once as others have said, it was not an out & out attack on legal UK gun ownership a-la GCN style doctirine - attempting to tie lawful shooters into the illegal trade nonsense!!
Closest it got to such things was mention of the re-activated de-activated guns...so that'll be a tick box on that chaps promotion chart/annual review

Maybe as it wasn't banging a specific drum it came across as lacking direction.
WHY no more mention/questions on HOW someone could bring so many pistols in from the USA & only be discovered when 3 of them were bought by undercover Police?
If one man is doing it - surely then the failures NEED to be investigated to make sure that he was/is a one-off?

No mention either - that the UK bans promise to "take guns off the streets" was/is a total failure - but such a mention would have been very unlikely

50% of guns are linked to gang membership/use - and the majority are London/Manchester/Birmingham - surprise surprise!!
I'd have thought 50% was on the low side, maybe they were being kind with the numbers to avoid accusation of pointing the finger at certain minorities? Wonder where they were spoon-fed their facts & figures?

Interesting website for freely buying illegal guns with the serial numbers filed off, etc...
