GSG 1911 Question

#1 Post by walesdave »

Hi

Anyone know if the Tan coloured GSG 1911 can be had without a rail under the barrel? All the adds I've looked at have the black model without a rail but the tan and green versions with one.

Otherwise, can the rail be removed?

Cheers

If I'm not mistaken the rail is on the "tactical" model , the normal can be had in a variety of colours.

Does it really matter to have the rail?

Cheers all.
I just prefer the 'classic' look of the 1911 without a rail on it....now just waiting for the variation to come through and time to go shopping :-)
