GSG .22 1911 Tactical

24" and less, a place to discuss all things handgun related, section 7.3. Long barrelled revolvers, long barrelled pistols and section 5. Overseas contributions are more than welcome.

I had another look at the red dot I took it to bits to see how it works. I assumed it came fitted with a battery.
The moral of the story is dont ever assume anything. I fitted a battery and low and behold a red dot is now visible. aaarggh lol lol . Back to the drawing board. The upside is I can check it out fairly quickly now I have access to a 25yard indoor range 8 minutes from my front door 5 nights a week and a outdoor range from 09 00 until dusk 7 days a week twenty minutes from my front door. Life is good.

Reckon you'll give it a go at 100 yards at some point?

Possibly if I can get it sighted in I might give it a try at 100 yards out of curiosity.
