FIMS Firerms Straight Pull .308 Bullpup Rifle

FIMS Firearms has published on their social media pages a photo of the pre-production prototype of their new bullpup rifle. This firearm is a straight pull bolt action bullpup rifle chambered in .308 Winchester. It is fed from AR-10/SR-25 pattern box magazines.

The bolt could use a redesign to make it more user friendly but I can see it might appeal to some.

Something I thought about, I saw this yesterday and thought it had potential, especially with am ambi charging handle. Needs something like a bent L maybe?

Just got a Bushmaster M17s bullpup in .223 - simple but compact and highly shootable and looks cool I think...

I always wanted an M17.. I thought they looked cool too.

...Until i saw an AUG and i was smitten... :D

Both have the "not an AR" factor - the M17s turned out to be alot cheaper than an AUG though. Trigger is what it is - but not as bad as some people comment. And its really simple to strip which is v helpful.
