Even if you can make it out to be a properly constituted club shoot (which no one else wanted to attend), you still fall foul of
Range Regulations:
38. An individual shooter may act as his own RO if he:
a. is shooting on Winans Bay C (Zero Range) or Winans Bay B when being used as a zero range alternate to Winans Bay C; or
b. is aged 18 or over, an individual member of the NRA and is shooting a deliberate supported or static discipline on a range other than Cheylesmore Bay B or Winans Bay A.
So, in summary, to shoot on your own you have to be an individual member.

What's 'deliberate static or supported'?
Does that mean, target or scoped rifle, prone and benchrest rifle are OK, but nothing in the gallery, like standing SA, lever action or black powder pistol?

It's supported deliberate (one group) or static (second group). See NRA Handbook Section 15 Shooting Disciplines and in particular para 50, on page 41 of the 2021 Handbook, available online here:

It is not an either or you can be given a fish and shown how to catch it.

Seems to me the answer is an increase website traffic tactic.
