Not just for dummies; also very helpful for newcomers to the sport.

Only one minor point: dummies, newcomers and those who haven't read the rulebook for a while may not know o remember what a "mil" is. Putting the allowable angle of deviation in degrees, as well as mils, might aid comprehension.
