I paid in full for a firearm from Oleg which I never collected and due to a change in my personal circumstances I no longer could make use of the above . I asked Oleg for a refund which he gave in full and acted in a friendly and understanding manner .
For this reason I would recommend him .

He was more than fair , I offered him something but he wouldn't take it . If my situation ( health related ) improves I would go straight back to him.

I have bought several items from Oleg over the last year through his web site, never had an issue. Met him recently when picking up a rifle seems a very decent chap.

I too have made....Errr...."quite a few" purchases (surprise surprise!

) from Tovarisch Oleg over the years and never had any problem
