Posting of negative comments in the Gunshop section could bring unwanted criticism on the forum, having said that it is important to let members know if dealings with a Gunshop were less than ideal for you. To that end we will allow what will be known as the 'Scotsgun Ruling'

The Scotsgun Ruling:

"As I've yet to have a 'positive' experience there, I'll refrain from commenting further."

Beyond that please take it up with the Gunshop, if you do resolve the issue in a agreeable manner let us know!

Good service.
Good communication my order was not very well communicated but Christel sorted every thing out for me.
The bits arrived in good time considering they are made to order.
The bits are very shiny but more important very accurate and a joy to use. I will be ordering from them again.

Hehe, I can see the funny side of it.

For the record, the two of us often work on concept and I do the design including 3D modelling, followed by the machining. I also do the polishing. Christel deals with the majority of the emails, the cleaning checking and testing and she is also a dab hand on the Bridgeport. She also deals with the purchase side of things and specifies and sources tooling and consumables, she also deals with sales, packing and shipping and finally invoicing. Apart from that our time is our own :)

Ordered a bag rider for my AICS. Despite David having to make the tube as there were none in stock, despatched within 3 days. Very pleased with the quality of the parts, and especially with the fast and friendly service
