In my opinion, true customer service is when something doesn't quite go right and the shop handles and resolves your problem. It's a positive comment from me, I had an issue with my MDT LSS-22 chassis (machining problem stopping the magazine fitting correctly and therefore the bolt could not feed another bullet from the magazine); Black Rifle were excellent in sorting a replacement. I would have no hesitation in recommending or purchasing anything from them.

Another happy bunny here! Excellent, fast service. Some suppliers skimp on shipping when it's free, but not them. Glad they use RM as couriers take days to deliver up here!
