Semi automatic 7.62x39mm rifles with ammo, ready to go and play, available without a licence or registration, advertised via newspaper classifieds ads in the mid 90s in Australia.

I had both those air rifles.

15 yo - just arrived from Ireland where airguns were rare and on FAC.

Imagine my excitement when I stepped into a gunshop and saw the ASI !

Then imagine my excitement when told no licence was required shakeshout

As I threw my cash at the dealer, he said "You are over 18 arnt you ?"

"Oh yes" says I................
