Using the same logic as they did in '97, surly the government should ban mopeds?

I wouldn't be surprised if it's on their list - right after knives and other sharp tools.

One day, perhaps when we're reduced to living in caves and fondly remembering how useful fire was, THEY will get around to dealing with the root cause (criminals, for the benefit of politicians) rather than the tools they steal from honest folk.
