He lasted two weeks I won't bore you with the details. I was surprised at his lack of knowledge on re-loading. But it's irrelevant now he is no longer with us. I think he has put an end to us employing young people we will revert back to the policy of not taking on anyone under 55. Depending on their background we will accept anyone up to 60 as long as they commit to putting at least ten years in and preferably longer.
