BCH coterminous certificate renewals

#1 Post by Pinguino »

Credit where credit is due.

I posted my coterminous renewal paperwork on Thursday 19th November to Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire firearms licensing department.

Got an e-mail request for the electronic payment on Monday 23rd November.

Got a phone call from the FLO on Thursday 26th - had a nice long friendly conversation with the chap about the items on my certificates.

Certficates arrived in the post this morning.

That's two weeks door to door - can't expect any better than that.

Well done BCH goodjob

Excellent service, when can we all come and move in with you? lol

Durham just completed one of my club members renewals, 170 days!!

They've had my club Fac since April and are not replying to emails, time for a formal complaint (not that it will do any good) ****

2 weeks is pretty impressive :good:

By co-incidence my renewal coterminous certs arrived in the post this morning as well, from TVP, having submitted the renewal online on 1st Nov, so a few days short of 4 weeks for TVP, which is also pretty good, considering TVP didn't have a great rep a few years back... :good:

Mine with Lincolnshire for my SGC renewal chat with my FEO was around the same time. That was after waiting for the medical letter from my GP which took 6-7 weeks. The only difference is I have been told my SGC will arrive 3 weeks before the old one expires, so mid December.
