how many posts?

#1 Post by drone »

I'm confused, the house rules say one must submit 30 meaningful posts before pm becomes available, then it says don't worry (or some such) you'll soon get to your 15 posts.
Confused of dover.

It used to be 15, then got upped to 30. It was to stop people joining just to sell something straight away. Admins might need to ammend the text

The "meaningful posts" came about after some peole would join and put one word comments on posts.

I understand and agree with the why etc but am baffled by the missed opportunity X years ago to get the revision adequately corrected.
But who am I to complain.
Is this a meaningful post or just a whinge?
