#1 Post by Gazza »

I'm newish to reloading so naturally curious about what people are using for 233 loads.
The only one I've used so far was IMR 4320 I believe which was recommended to me by kranks.
So what are you guys and gals using?

RL7 works well for me as does the classic N133, and Ramshot Xterminator and even N140 for 55grn up bullets, its actually a very easy round to reload, plenty of other powders work with it, these are the ones I have tried

Given that H335 has is no longer available, initial development concurs....
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

I'm still using Varget, same-same for 308; but I'll probably have to change in a few years (if I'm still shooting by then ;) )

Currently I'm using 55gn FMJBT so would these suit a fast or slow burning powder?

Varget, N140 and RS50/RS52 all seem to work well, as does CFE223
