Don't apologise... I love the FG42. Quite right they do. Seems a shame they don't carry the FG42 at the minute though.

ssd have said they currently have the fg42/2, bd44, bd42 and bd43/1 in straight pull, so would only have to order it through bondbywater.

Do you know the price they're quoting for the BD42/I?

sorry fella its the bd42h (mkb 42) they have in stock. the bd42/1 is out at the moment
but price is €7,690

Thanks. That's a lotta dolla, but one hell of a piece of firearms design history. Any idea what moa it produces?

no idea on moa but would love to hear from anyone that owns one. i too love the fg42, preferably the type1. i have owned both types of the fg42 in replica form made by shoei, but to have a live fire version would truly be the pinnacle for me. it is a hell of a lot of dosh, but if i could get the money together i would buy one :shakeshout:
