I applaud you for keeping the forum add free. £408.00 sounds like a lot of money to me though for what you have here. I don't think we pay any were near that. But our servers are in Holland obviously by your post you don't want to change from the UK. Any way keep up the good work Christel.

Money and profit isn't everything.

The forum was set up to be an independent UK based forum to "Support all legal firearm owners, collectors, enthusiasts, shooters and competitors by promoting and encouraging legitimate gun ownership and use in the UK through unity, advocacy and discussion".

It was never intended to be a money making concern or to be used and dominated as a commercial site.

We give our time freely to run this site because we believe that the topics members raise and discus should be the focus of our time not managing a money making element.

You either get the spirit of the forum or you don't.

Wow, what an amazing forum, we have hit the target so many thanks to all of you who have made a PayPal contribution or pledge to the site running costs for the next 12 months. I still need to reconcile some of the email addresses from PayPal to forum names so if you do not have Site Supporter 2015 under your name please PM me with the email address you have used and I will add you to the list.

Again, thank you all for your support and contributions, it has made a big difference :D
