As far as I know it is available either from Dolphin GC, Fox Firearms or direct from the supplier at Bisley Camp (not the range office). So no it is not readily available nationwide. The importer can be contacted at commonside@compuserve.com

After shooting this load in a match yesterday I can confirm the accuracy was acceptable for the style of shooting (CSR), however, during the morning match extraction was easy using straight pull AR but in the afternoon it became a little stiffer which I can only put down to the increase in air temp given the sunny afternoon. So is TR140 slightly temperature sensitive, don't know for sure but I'm going to drop the load down by 0.2 of a grain to 24.3 and do somemore chrono and accuracy tests.

Just goes to show what we have become acustomed to and no doubt demand to day, in rifle accuracy.

30 years ago that sort of accuracy would only have been attainable in the most expensive of target guns and double that group would have been the benchmark for quality rifles.....!!
