Assuming you mean the Glock. If so yes. Original idea was to produce for the U.K. but after testing idea was cancelled. Then the Ruger was born.

Depends what you call value, you could buy 4 Glocks for that here. Or if you want a decent gun 2 Sig Sauer P226.
