If the stage favours a high cap mag , its a badly designed stage then .

Speedloading was always considered to be an essential part of practical shooting .

10 rounds = 5 paper targets.

Assuming you dont miss any or require to put a 3rd round in any atrgets to get 2 A's. every stage will favour those with spare rounds!

Simple answer to that .

Make it a limited round stage of 10 rounds only , that way everyone is equal .

Or have a compulsory speedload at some point after the first target and before the last target . That way everyone has spare rounds, of course extra shots take time , so pure accuracy and smooth speedlaoding is essential .
