monmouth range?

do you have any idea of the openning times? and what clubs shoot there

Both of you are within travelling distance of several of the ranges used by Offas Dyke rifle club. Drop them a line via their website and I am sure you will get a nice friendly reply. Or ring the secretary, his number is on the front page ( http://www.offasrifleclub.com/Index.htm )
